- Kickoff training
- Solicitation messages go out— university-driven and volunteer-signed — to prep asks by committee members

- Cornell Annual Funds Kickoff in New York City: December 4
Calendar Year-End | November to December
- Calendar year-end outreach (CYE); complete initial outreach to assignments
- CYE mini-burst campaign
- CYE solicitation letters from the university drop in mailboxes
- CYE emails from committee chairs drop in December
Winter | January to March
- January = Volunteer Break (allows for year-end gift processing)
- Reporting on CYE mini-burst campaign shared with volunteers
- February = 1st Honor Roll mail/emails go out to reunion classes
- Chair Giving Day email messaging
- Giving Day mini-burst campaign

- Cornell Alumni Leadership Conference (CALC): February 20-23 / Philadelphia
- Giving Day
Spring/Year-End Outreach | April to June
- Solicitation mail and email continues
- Reporting on Giving Day mini-burst campaign shared with volunteers
- Fiscal year-end mini-burst campaign
- Reunion Classes: Honor Roll updates by mail/email
- End of fiscal year outreach: final reminders to all
